Entry Manager


Entry Manager is a platform designed to simplify the process of organizing and managing events. As a participant, you can enter events and include other participants as well. You have the option to make payments through PayFast or Manual EFT, or a combination of both, depending on the preference set by the Event Organizer. If you choose to make payment through manual EFT, a Payment Order Reference (POP) will be generated based on the order number and the Event Organizer's selected 10 characters. Reminders for manual EFT payments will be sent out 10, 7, 5, and 2 days prior to the event.

Features for Creators:

  • Create multiple events
  • Collect payments for events
  • Monitor participant entries through the Entries page
  • Monitor orders through the Orders page
  • Assign race numbers to participants who have made payments
  • Export comprehensive participant details in either Excel or CSV format. The exported details include:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Gender
    • Date of Birth
    • Current Age
    • Age at the time of the event

    • Identification Number
    • Event Name
    • Course
    • Length of Course
    • Race Number

Entry Manager is a comprehensive platform that offers both entrants and creators a range of features to simplify entry management. Whether you're a participant looking to enter an event or a creator looking to organize and sell events, the platform has everything you need to get started.

Instructions for Participants:

To enter an event, you must first sign up or verify your account with the system using your identification number, if you have previously participated. Then, follow these steps

  1. Go to the events page at https://events.ngwsolutions.com/events
  2. Click the “View Event” button
  3. Click the “Enter Event” button to start the process.
  4. Complete your profile by providing any missing information such as
    • Phone number
    • Country
    • Date of Birth
    • ID Number
    • Emergency contact person
    • Emergency contact phone
  5. Select the course you wish to participate in.
  6. Enter new participants or search for previously registered participants in the database.
  7. If there are products related to the event, you can purchase them on the next page.
  8. On the final page, choose your payment method and agree to the event indemnity agreement.
  9. Upon successful completion of your entry, you will receive an email confirmation of payment or EFT instructions on making your payment
