Ngwenya Glass approached NGW Solutions to develop a payroll software for their company. The software needed to be distributable to other companies as a single tenant SaaS platform. NGW Solutions used Javascript and built a PHP API with Laravel.
What makes the software unique is its ability to provide a quick and editable snapshot of a wage batch, thanks to proprietary algorithms.
This was a major limitation with other payroll software as they were not able to handle the computing power and limitations of too many nested elements. NGW Solutions was able to overcome this challenge and deliver a functional and distributable payroll software to Ngwenya Glass and other companies.
The Tour Guide Commission Management System is a comprehensive solution for monitoring and managing tour guide activities in Swaziland. It calculates commission earnings based on tourist sales and divides it equally in case of multiple guides.
It also calculates tax owed by non-Swaziland guides and provides reports on their activities, commission, and tax owed. The system was built with latest web technologies and a relational database, with a user-friendly, responsive design.
